I will be in the civil courtroom on the 28th of February to try again to see the kids. after 1,411 days without them hearing their Daddy's voice at all. Beth will have the children back in May when the school yr ends. They are telling my wife that she will not be aloud to be around me at all when she has the kids. Which is illegal and a violation of our rights as a married couple. Please continue to pray for our family, especially on the 28th of this month. I know God never makes a mistake. "Has it ever occured to you that nothing has ever occured to God?"

He makes no mistakes! Still claiming his promises and knowing that "What he had promised he was able also to perform"

I am praying that this whole thing will be a major eye opener to the judge and this trial will expose the evil deeds of DCF. I can't believe that they are payed to meet quotas. That should be illegal. GOD IS ALL OVER THIS CASE!!! God bless the one honest DCF worker. I pray more come forward, and ALL of the evidence gets through to the judge. DCF should not have this kind of power.

maca said...: Josh and Family, I do not know you, but I have been following your tragic story and praying for you to be able to return to your beautiful family. It is sad when something like this happens to a family that is trying to live right, and trying to give the proper care to their children. The ones that do not deserve to have their children in their custody is the very ones that the state turns the other cheek to. Then they have to make their quotos by destroying families that are close and trying to live a christian life. That is the devil's work in progress.
I am concerned, and would like to know what the current status is. I guess there hasn't been an update posted about your Oct. 1st trial. Please let us know what is going on with you and your family.
DON'T GIVE UP ON GOD! AND DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. People are still praying for you and your family, and will continue to pray. I hope that this unjust fiasco will soon be over, and that you can be home with your wife and babies.

Newest update on case as of 8/27/08

There have been nights I woke up and said in my heart, God isn't real, knowing the trying of your faith worketh patience, but the day God says, "Josh isn't real" is the day I will begin to worry. :D

Please pray for March 11th, I am being charged with "Agg. Child Abuse." The date for my court case hs changed...again...God is in control!

Thank you again for your prayers.

A POEM

A GRAVE INJUSTICE

I know these things must come to pass, the Bible teaches that.

But why must my family’s name get pulled out of the hat.

I have done my best to raise this family for His Glory.

Before you get the wrong idea let me tell you our story.

Five months ago in April, our daughter had the flu.

At least that’s what they told us, until we found out the truth.

We took her to the hospital where they told us she might die.

Then airlifting her to Tampa, “help our daughter Lord,” we cried.

She arrived in time to perform on her a surgery procedure.

Thinking she had a digestive problem we prayed for God to heal her.

That wasn’t it they told us. “We must run some tests.”

We thought she was in good hands, they told us they’re the best.

One week went by to find out cancerous this could be.

At that very second I fell down to my knees.

I cried to God this can’t be right, I could barely stand.

God told me just to trust Him my little girl was in His hands.

Once again man failed us, it wasn’t what they said.

It’s not that she has cancer, but pancreatitis instead.

Then where could this have come from, how could this just show up.

They said there many different things that cause a child’s pancreas to erupt.

They said it might have come from some type of trauma blow.

They thought it might have come from drinking to much coke.

Maybe if she has some other cysts inside that’s in the way.

Any type of blockage that might cause normal flows to sway.

Two weeks right there by Jackie, never letting her leave sight.

My wife sat right beside her, not expecting the next fight.

Then DCF stepped in asking all types of questions.

That day I think I may have learned one of life’s biggest lessons

Never trust a person who is paid by an organization.

That’s sole purpose in existence is causing hurt and devastation

God only established two things in life, neither being a child’s curse.

It was the church that he established, but the family came first.

DCF is an organization that’s run by Satan himself.

Destroying children and families, so high ranks can gain more wealth.

I’ve seen enough of their rude conduct, one day they’ll stand before God.

For all their lies and deceit they will face His mighty rod.

Even they can’t hide from Him, they pride in all their power.

But there will be great sorrow, and soon will come their hour.

So let me now why words are strong tell you what then came.

We could be here all night long pointing at Satan who is the blame.

They took our children from us not allowed to see them at all.

Over them not knowing how this happened, they know now it was a bad call.

They even arrested me on our six year olds statement supposedly.

Quoting her exact words, “my dad punched her in the stomach, for crying excessively.”

Then my daughter went home to the house where she was staying.

She asked where Jackie is, “is she upstairs playing?”

They said she’s at the hospital that she’ll be there until she better.

“But the cop said she could come home if I told him Daddy hit her.”

“Did Daddy really hit Jackie?” my friend asked her then.

“I don’t know I never saw” is exactly what she told him.

But yet they used her statement to take me on to jail.

Five days later I was released on a $50,000.00 bail.

Now we face more lies, a doctor said that he saw a bruise.

Only out of spite for me, yet it’s the children here that lose.

All the other hospital reports, say nothing of the kind.

With everyone else who saw her, it must have slipped right past their eyes.

No one else is in agreement, that this came from some type of abuse.

But now we face a giant, our children we may lose.

We have evidence that proves everything they say is wrong.

But no judge has heard us yet, to see our case is strong.

The injustice of this case goes on without measure.

Now we as Christians stand in faith, as we go through this endeavor.

Our children never will forget the day they left our home.

How do we fight this battle, we can’t do it all alone.

We seek your help, I don’t know how, even if we win this case.

There will just be another family DCF will try to disgrace.

But that’s the truth behind this world filled with so much hate.

It only makes me realize, we’re closer than we think to heavens gates.

Each time in court, another lie to get just what they want.

They lie to end our parental rights, not thinking they’ll be caught.

Now Beth gets to see the kids, under their supervision.

Two times a month or as they wish, it’s DCF’s decision.

I still cannot go near my kids they’re keeping us apart.

But my children will always know that they stay close to daddy’s heart.

I pray for them all day long and before I go to bed.

There isn’t one minute that goes by, that they’re not in my head.

One of their caseworkers told us DCF asked her to lie.

She told us that she didn’t, and that she would testify.

No mention of the cyst inside blocking her bile tube,

The number one cause of pancreatitis is when nothing can get through.

DCF keeps telling the judge this came from a punch or kick.

Not mentioning anything about the cyst that made Jackie sick.

One doctor says, “All the other doctors do agree.”

But that’s a lie as well, that’s not what they told me.

When we get to court and the judge sees all their lies.

Or if he let’s the girls come in, that will be a big surprise.

I can’t wait to see the look that’s in the judges eyes.

When the girls see me he’ll see the truth, we’ll see then who complies.

What a grand reunion, when my children finally come home.

I dwell on that day all the time. I’ll no longer feel alone.

Don’t misunderstand my wife is here, she’ll always be number one.

But until you lose your children you can’t explain what you become.

It Takes A Crucifixion

There cannot be a resurrection until a crucifixion’s taken place.

No joy comes in the morning without a night of horrible disgrace.

Until the ones you love and trust have all forsaken you and fled.

You can’t experience what it truly means to come back from the dead.

Until you’ve been falsely accused and friends believe the worst.

You never will experience what it means to truly put Christ first.

Not until you’ve been abandoned as folks you love believe the lies.

Can there be a day ahead when you and your testimony will arise.

Unless you’re shunned and doubted and you’re treated like a stranger,

You will not know God’s present help and protection from real danger.

When you’re horribly lied about and you display love for that enemy

God will allow you to see him in despair as he gives you the victory.

Many are the backslidden Christians who would delight to see you fall.

But what God’s permitting you to face will make you stronger then them all.

When your faith won’t cease nor waiver, as you face your darkest hour

It’s then you’ll know God’s blessings and you’ll share his special power.

If you watch all hope slipping away, and there’s nothing visible to hold

Stay right with God in your integrity, and you will come forth as gold.

God never once forsook his own, He promised that He will see you through

It’s when you feel the most alone that then He’s tenderly carrying you.

When witnesses who swore to tell the truth, then lie upon the witness stand

Rest firm remaining upon the rock, for you’re not on the sinking sand.

If you have no where else to turn and no one your case to plead

When you have nothing left but God alone, you’ll learn He is all you need.

So when you’re going through the worst and encouragers are few.

Stop to praise the Lord for faithful friends, who still believe in you.

ANOTHER POEM

Weeping In The Night

I've been preaching about heaven, while going through a little hell

I've been trying to lift up others, but not doing it very well.

He who smiles and makes you laugh, sharing joy and happiness.

May have the biggest heartache, and often weeps in loneliness.

You may see him on the topside, as his spirit keeps you blessed.

But hidden are the sorrows, numerous trials and serious tests.

We see an athlete run a race, appearing like he never strains.

And never know his hours of training, his sacrifice, nor his pain.

We love to hear a musician play, a piece so flawlessly,

But between recitals unknown to us, she practiced endlessly.

To own a famous painting, surprised, the price that we must pay,

Not considering all the ruined cloths, the painter threw away.

We stand in awe at structures built, by some great architect

Not giving thought to all the sandcastles, in his youth he wrecked.

Her meals display her culinary art, yes, she can cook so well.

Forgotten are those meals she burned, and all the cakes that fell.

Your preacher preaches hard and long, to rescue men from sin.

Knowing the depths of degradation, the disgrace where once he'd been.

He who knows and gives forgiveness first was guilty of transgression.

He knows and found God forgiveness for his own sin and indiscretions.

Those who freely bless in public, touching lives along the way.

Have learned that when in secret, there's a costly price to pay.

Joy comes in the morning, that's God's promise and it's right.

But always it's foreshadowed, by much weeping in the night.

While others sleep your tears may flow, unseen, unfelt, unknown.

But God caught them in his bottle, and in heaven they shall be shown.

Tis hard to stand back silently, while an enemy scoffs and jeers.

But one day up in glory you'll find, God knows, He sees, he hears.

Not until you've felt the blow of cruel, and ugly words of hate.

Can you here experience the victory, waiting inside heaven's gate.

Only when you've been slandered, criticized, and openly crucified.

Can you know the joy set before Christ when on the cross He died.

So don't give up the battle, though the way seems rough and long,

There comes a day, God's promised, when He'll make right every wrong.

God's radiance shining through your tears, will take away the dread.

Those tears will form the rainbow, 'round a crown upon your head.
